We are manufacturing the screw press handling the sludge from 0.5 m3/hr to upto 75 m3/hr treating sludge concertation of 1000 mg/L – 50000 mg/L. The wastewater sludge is thickened and dewatered along with the screw. The sludge cake is discharged at the end plate, achieving a minimum solid content of 20%

The sludge flows into the filter chamber from the flocculation tank and is pushed to the discharging end. The thread on the shaft gets progressively tighter as the wastewater flows through the system, this causes the pressure on the sludge to increase. The water is then separated from the sludge. The movement of the moving and fixed rings cleans the gaps between them and prevents blockage traditionally experienced in similar systems. The filtered sludge cakes are pushed forward by the shaft and finally discharged from the end.
1. Sludge dewatering in a wide range of concentrations
The machine includes a gravity-thickening zone and a squeezing zone. Therefore, the equipment can process sludge with a content in the range from 1% to 10%.
2. Self-Cleaning with No blocking
The machine has a remarkable self-cleaning sludge process which enables to clean the screw without blockage of sludge.
3. Very Low Energy Consumption
Thanks to the special screw design and operating at very low RPM saves the most of the energy. Thus resulting in cheapest cost of operations having high energy efficiency, low consumption of reagents, and rinsing water are provided

With the self-cleaning mechanism, the equipment can run continuously without interruptions and expensive processes for cleaning filter pores.
